Vieillot, pas aux normes, pas de clim
Tous équipements sont hors d'âge, le parasol est cassé, les chaises longues ont 40 ans, sont cassées pour certaines, les canapés recouverts de tissus synthétiques alors qu'il fait 35 degres dans la maison, faute de climatisation. Les prises électriques n'adhèrent pas aux murs, les prises ne sont pas protégées, il n'y a quasiment pas de lumière dans la salle de bains.....
