La casa está ubicada en una zona residencial que continúa en desarrollo con mucha seguridad. Está cercana a restaurantes y al acceso público a la playa. La casa es muy cómoda, está bien equipada y tiene una alberca muy agradable. Si no tienes carro, recomiendo mucho rentar bicicletas, pues además hay una ciclopista muy cercana.
