We really enjoyed every minute of our stay. Everything was perfect. But I would have liked to have a small kettle in the room as having coffee at the bar was a little bit dear which on the other hand I think those are the prices in the whole of Nueremberg. On the whole I thank all the staff for their help.

The room was modern and the location was convenient to the train. However, the hotel has charged me every month since my stay and won’t stop. I was told a manager would contact me but no one ever did. It’s terribly frustrating.

Enjoyed the best night's sleep due to triple glazing, so not a sound from the road. Perfect location: the hotel overlooks the steps for the underground, which connects the airport with the old town, couldn't be easier to get to.

Reception staff need some training !
Check-in was pleasant but the service at check-out was lack-lustre to say the least. For example - the hairdryer wasn't working properly in the room and when we advised the young chap on reception he just shrugged his shoulders. We asked to leave our bags after check-out to collect them later and he wanted to leave them behind reception rather than in the luggage room !! His colleague explained he needed to put them in the luggage room and he practically waved us on ..... I had to insist on receipts for them. He just didn't have a clue. Other than that the hotel was perfectly adequate for our stay in Nuremberg as we were attending a trade show and all that was needed was a bed for the night. We didn't use the bar or the breakfast room but they both looked very nice. We were a short U-Bahn ride from both the airport and the old town and getting around Nuremberg is very easy so the location was OK. The room itself was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable - all in all perfect for what we needed.

I stayed for a long weekend with my boyfriend for his birthday, I booked a double room but got 2 singles to push together - that was the only disappointment about the hotel. The room was lovely, great location for the underground, the staff nice and helpful. We didn't eat in the hotel as chose to mooch into the town for breakfast and dinner over the weekend. I would stay at the hotel again as it was nice.

The hotel and room is very clean. Staff is very helpful. I did expect the breakfast to be included into the already impressive daily pricing. You have the opportunity to have breakfast there - for 13 Euro. I did skip that and walked across the street of the choice of 3 different bakeries. Other 3* Hotels in the neighborhood offer to their customers a wonderful breakfast buffet for 5 Euro incl into the room pricing. At Acom the parking/day is 8 Euro, which is steep pricing to me. However, due to the location on a busy intersection for me and my rental I found there is no better parking space than the hotel lot. I visited twice this hotel and had always the room to the court side. Windows are noise proofed and the hotel is quiet. U-Bahn and bus is in front of the house and you can get quickly into the center of town either way. Very convenient. During my stay the cost/room/day changed from 79 Euro - 249 Euro depending what show/fair was hosted by the city. Well, that tells you something!

The hotel was excellent. It is nice to have an after hours eatery in the hotel. The dinner (snack) selections were tasty. The room was spacious. The location was perfect for travel into the city center via metro and auto. The multi lingual staff was very friendly. I would choose this hotel first when returning to Nuremberg.

Modern, friendly & convenient.
The Acomhotel seems to cater to traveling businessmen. There was a nice late nite food and drink area serving convenient but healthy choices. The on site parking was plentiful. We especially liked to variety at breakfast. The multilingual staff was super friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were clean and modern. The hotel is on a thoroughfare, with easy access to the local highway thru to the city center.

Despite arriving late in the evening reception was prompt and welcoming. I did have breakfast one day which was enjoyable - a variety of bread, ham, cheese, bacon, scrambled egg, hard boiled eggs, yoghurts and more available. I was at a conference nearby so the location was great for me but it’s just 6 minutes on the underground from the airport and a similar distance on the underground from the main train station. The hotel is practically on top of the Nordost station but you can’t tell from the rooms.
