Super convenient to the train, right next to the station. Short walk to old city and dining and shopping. Lack of A/C was annoying but could be serious - opening a single large door height window for air brings in a lot of noise, and the fall protection from the window is insufficient in my opinion. Great staff, very nice beds and linens.

On the plus side, it was very clean, incredibly sound proofed, hosting team was friendly and professional, perfect location for the railway station and city transport links. I am so sorry but your hotel was the first time I had been disappointed during my 12 day trip to Germany. The room was so small. I had been in other city centre hotels on my travels and it was really small compared to all the others and twice the price.

I wished the bedding fit the bed. It was difficult to share a bed with another person and have a cover that did not fit over both of us. The rest of the experience in the hotel was most enjoyable with tremendously friendly desk staff. The view from the bar was amazing with bar prices that were reasonable.

This hotel was almost on top of the main train station so it was very easy to find and to get to our train! The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious. The staff was very pleasant!!

Unfortunately the air conditioning does not work properly, it is centrally set and the thermostat is not effective. We complained to reception who found us another room with the same issue. Only solution was to sleep with windows open but it was noisy due to location by main station. The rooms were extremely hot, and did not cool down to a comfortable level.

Awesome hotel in an awesome city
Centrally located next to train station & old Nuremberg. Very friendly & supportive staff & great hotel. Great roof top bar. Rooms were clean and updated!

The hotel was very clean. The room was small. There were no basic things like tea or coffee in the room. No minibar. Expensive for the offering but convenient location. Breakfast was nice but limited choice.
