Our hotel room was very clean, and we had all the amenities needed. The elevator was a bit rickety sounding and slow but worked. Breakfast was very good. All in all our one-nighter was clean and efficient.

I didn't love the location - through convenient for getting on the highway, it's not nice and the parking lot is too cramped. I booked quickly and mistakenly thought it was another hotel I liked before, with ample parking on Route 59. So it was additionally disappointing because I thought it was a different location.

This hotel was ok for a quick trip, but we wouldn’t stay again unless necessary. The room, regardless of thermostat setting, was so humid that everything in the room was constantly damp. Beyond that, the hotel is just shy of being in disrepair. Elevator is a little nerve wracking, ice machines and hall air conditioners are out of service, and the ceiling staining/cracking is frequent.

Wouldn’t ever check in here ever.
Horrible experience. Check in was from 7/4/24 until 7/7/24. Checked out on 7/5/24 because of awful experience. I checked in at a near by double tree By Hilton and had a great experience. Breakfast was awful, broken toaster, only sugar free syrup option, pool centric tile broken daughter trip over and almost cut foot. Everything was just horrible.

Our stay here we average, the staff when checking in were very pleasant and informative on when breakfast was and offered any needed assistance. The room could have been cleaned a little better, particularly the shower as there was bits of seaweed from the previous guests. Unfortunately we were very displeased by the poor customer service we received when checking out. The two front desk staff members didn’t greet us nor ask what we needed when waiting in front of the desk which is extremely rude and unprofessional in my opinion. It’s almost like you wanted to say, “don’t everyone jump at once…”.
