Idyllic lakeside location, luxury furnishings - sauna, boat, canoe, WLAN, 3 bedrooms.

The house was built in 2005 and has approx. 130 m² living space. It is created according to the latest Swedish technology with thermoblock panel walls (solid block wood panels made of Nordic pine and high insulation), in a generous open design and has a high standard of furnishing.
The heating consists of a fireplace and electric radiators.
The house is suitable for 6 people.

On the ground floor you will find:

a spacious living room with an open ceiling / gallery to the attic.
The inviting ambience with a fireplace, a corner sofa set (with integrated sleeping facilities) and a small audio system invite you to relax.

The dining room with 6 seats (8 seats possible) seduces with a view of the lake.

The open fitted kitchen in a combination of natural birch wood and aluminum-colored electrical elements is integrated in the living room and contains the complete cooking equipment with generous crockery and cutlery.

In addition to a sauna with shower, a utility room with washer / dryer, a guest toilet with toilet and. The sink is followed by a large bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm and a built-in wardrobe.

The house is framed on the west and south sides by a large terrace with a lake view.

The top floor offers an open gallery on the gallery with a sofa bed / armchair and a desk and satellite TV

the large balcony with a panoramic view of the Mosjön points to the west side of the house.

Amazing property, extremely well appointed, in a fairytale setting.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely, very comfortable house and its beautiful surroundings: the peace and quiet, our swims in the lake (not cold at all at this time of year), the rowing boat, our visits to Öland and Kalmar... It has been hard to tear ourselves away! The kitchen is perfectly equipped (literally everything is thought of), the whole house very well kept and beautifully decorated with work by the lady of the house. There are breathtaking views from the lake everywhere: the various terraces, the upstairs living room, the dining room... We’ve been wondering how it looks like in autumn with all the colours and in winter under a blanket of snow. Maybe we should try and find out! Eine erholsame Woche in der schwedischen Idylle
Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal Gäste in diesem Ferienhaus. Auch diesmal fanden wir alles in einem absoluten Top - Zustand vor. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Diesmal konnten wir auch die Außenanlage sehr gut nutzen, da wir auch passendes sommerliches Wetter hatten. Der Garten ist sehr gut gepflegt und gleichzeitig ist ein Teil naturbelassen. Wir hatten fast jeden Morgen einen Hasen auf der Wiese, der uns beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse Gesellschaft geleistet hatte :-) Unser kleiner Sohn (2 Jahre alt) war ebenfalls sehr begeistert und wollte am liebsten (genau wie wir) gar nicht wieder weg. Dieses Haus würden wir jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

Wir durften zwei wunderschöne Wochen am Mosjön verbringen in einem unbeschreiblich schönen Haus! Das Haus ist nicht nur top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und extrem gepflegt. Sondern auch liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich in jedem Raum wie auch im ganzen Aussenbereich einfach nur Wohl! Traumhafte Aussicht dank bester Lage und absolute Ruhe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekte Unterkunft am See
Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, in dem man sich direkt wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und sehr hochwertig. Der Ausblick auf den See begeistert jeden Tag aufs Neue. Der See lädt zum Baden und Befahren mit den zum Haus gehörenden Booten ein. In den umliegenden Wäldern ließen sich ohne Ende Blaubeeren pflücken.

Tolle Lage in wunderschönen Gegend
Wir hatten ein tolles Haus, in dem alles vorhanden ist, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Jeden Abend konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Die Einrichtung ist von einem hohen Standard und mit viel Liebe ausgesucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus --- sehr hohe Nebenkosten ---
Traumhafte Lage des Ferienhauses in Südostschweden (Smaland) in der Nähe von Nybro und Kalmar. Tagesausflüge in die Altstadt von Kalmar und/oder auf die Insel Öland sind eine kurze Reise wert. Die Lage am Mosjön-See ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen und wild-romantisch. Wer Ruhe braucht wird sie hier finden. Das Feriendomizil lässt im Bezug auf die Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles im Haus und die Inneneinrichtung sehr individuell und persönlich durch den Eigentümer mit viel Liebe zum Detail arrangiert. Tatsächliches Manko: Die viel zu hohen Energiekosten (0,48€/kWh) und die fehlende servicefreundliche, kostenneutrale Bereitstellung von Brennholz. Der Korb kostet 6 € und ist um Grunde auch kein Brennholz, sondern die auf Grundstück gefällten Birken, mit bekanntlich geringerem Heizwert. Hier wäre tatsächlich ein Entgegenkommen seitens des Eigentümers hilfreich gewesen, um den Urlaub zu einem abgerundeten Erlebnis zu machen. Etwas irritierend, die ellenlangen Dokumente zum Umgang mit allem was zum Haus, der Reinigung und dem Zustand der jeweiligen Ausstattung gehörte. Das liefert kein gutes "Gastgeber-Bild" sondern eher einen dezenten Hinweis darauf, dass man nicht wirklich willkommen ist, sondern sich mit einem Höchstmaß an Vorsicht im Urlaub bzw. im Ferienhaus bewegen soll. Aber das sind natürlich subjektive Eindrücke, die jeder für sich bewerten muss.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub
Schönes Haus mit tollem Weitblick auf den Mosjön. Das Haus hat eine tolle Ausstattung, es ist alles da was man braucht. Es gibt gute Möglichkeiten zum Angeln, auch wenn der See gefroren war. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist dort genau richtig.

Super Haus
Das Haus lag in einer sehr abgelegenen und somit ruhigen Umgebung. Es war alles da, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und reibungslos. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und würden wieder kommen. Eins muss nur jedem klar sein, Strom kommt am Ende noch dazu und im Winter laufen selbst die Heizungen über Strom ;)

Traumhaft schön und alles was man zum entspannen braucht.
Ein Ort der keine Wünsche offen lässt !!! Wenn man alles in der Nähe gesehen hat sollte man unbedingt einen Ausflug auf die Insel Öland machen. Wir hhatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Traumhaus in absoluter Stille
Das Haus war absolut perfekt. Alles war genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Lage ist wirklich abgeschieden und mitten im Wald, der Blick über den See auch nach Tagen noch wunderschön. Das Haus selber war extrem sauber, sehr wohnlich eingerichtet und wirklich vollständig ausgestattet, so dass man sich sofort wie in einem "Zuhause" fühlte. Für uns besonders erwähnenswert, da in Ferienhäusern oft problematisch: hochwertige, bequeme und große Betten und eine saubere, funktionsfähige Spülmaschine. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Einfach nur traumhaft...
Wir waren einfach nur begeistert. Viele Besucher vor uns haben es schon geschrieben und wir können es genau so bestätigen; das Haus und seine Einrichtung ist geschmack- , stilvoll und sehr gemütlich. Uns hat innerhalb der drei Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes nichts gefehlt. Im Gegenteil: Man ist über die vorhandenen Details erstaunt, an was alles gedacht wurde. Man kommt zur Ruhe und die hatten wir auch gesucht. Das erste Mal in Schweden, das perfekte Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf den See. Hinzu kommt ein ausgesprochen netter Kontakt zum Besitzer. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen...

Einfach alles super gewesen.
Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön gelegen am See. Einfach perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
