The breakfast guy, Fred, was fabulous! He made the delicious eggs and was so friendly and warm. He remembered our names. It was like we were having breakfast at his home. He truly got our day off to a positive start. Give that man a raise! He was the highlightā€”and the desk staff member who was on for several days (Oct. 8 and on) was super friendly and helpful too.

Great front desk management!
Check in was great, I had to wait a little bit while the room was getting cleaned so the Manager upgraded me to a suite. He was extremely professional and courteous and I was pleasantly surprised with his professionalism and service.
