My gold hand chain went missing and the manager was adamant that his employees would never do such thing as to take guest belongings but I guess my hand chain decided to grow legs and walk away

Dirty room
Room was dirty walls look like they hadn’t been even wiped down in months. They were stains and spills splashed up all over the walls. The floors were dirty. I put down a towel to stand on out of the shower and the bottom on the towel left my dirty feet impressions from the floor beneath it, but I guess if you pay $60 for a room, you get a $$60 room beds look clean but not gonna guarantee it. We stayed only because we were too tired to go anywhere else will not recommend this hotel to anyone until it’s been cleaned and updated. The hallways looked cleaner than the actual rooms and I have stayed in Wyndham hotels before and never had a problem.

Garages were overflowing oustide and in. Breakfast tables always seemed dirty. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Could feel the springs in the bed. Staff was friendly and pool was very nice and clean.

This property has nice staff. Breakfast was super busy but looked like it was ok on the way past, I didn't eat though. Only negative was first room toilet was clogged. She moved us to a room with no working phone or clock, not a big deal since most have cell phones. There was no shower curtain either. Everything. Else seemed to be ok.

Cleanliness went downhill
We have stayed here many times and had a pleasant stay. This time, the attention to detail regarding cleanliness was very disappointing. Our first room was not clean, they quickly gave us a new room. It was better, but overall not as good as in the past.

Floor of my room was filthy and sticky. Rooms were not made up or replenished with with clean linens even after numerous requests. Had to retrieve clean towels from front desk. Staff acted as though they were unaware of what the request to clean room meant, and would only speak English with any request to clean the room with "Need Towels - Yes". Had to ask for additional breakfast Items to be replenished shortly after 7:20am. Was told by desk employee that she was coming, as if she had been asked by more than myself.
