Great house by marina and park!
We stayed at this beautiful custom designed home for our 22nd anniversary and enjoyed every minute there! It is a three minute walk to a beautiful marina and bay and eight minute walk to deception pass park with beautiful views of the water! John, the property owner, was very friendly and helpful. He was flexible with the check in and check out times which was wonderful for us. It is an open concept home with a beautifully decorated Living room, dining room, kitchen and upstairs loft bedroom. There is also a deck outside where you can sit and have breakfast or a glass of wine and see the marina views! Rosario Beach is a quick 10 minute drive and there is a beautiful trail that takes you along the waterfront. Coupville is about 30 minutes and Langley is about an hour drive. We enjoyed a nice anniversary dinner in Coupville, which is a beautiful little town on the water! Highly recommend this place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway!

The house was easy to find and perfect to explore Deception Pass. It is lless than a half hour to the Anacortes ferry and within an hours drive of other parks, hikes and towns to explore. The owners were helpful and polite .polpolite

Beautiful cabin by the bay
This was a great stay for us. The house was clean, impeccabily furnished, John was a great host and very flexible and responsive. The deck was great to sit at both in the evening and in the morning tbirds and fkeeping is company.

Perfect chalet on the edge of Deception Pass State Park
We came for a Change of Command at NAS Whidbey Island and the location was perfectly located between the base and our other events. Being near Deception Pass, we took advantage of going into the park, early morning you could see deer. Both in the park and in the yard. The photos accurately describe the chalet, it is beautiful and rustic. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was well equipped if you so desired to do so. John is wonderful to work with, responding quickly when needed. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our time here! The view is great, and we slept great! The whole house has a relaxed cozy vibe to it with that cabiny feel. Loved having acess to a fully stocked pantry - we made use of it and had an amazing breakfast. Also, the host John was great to work with. 10/10 would stay again.

Awesome Getaway
Comfortable, clean, and exactly as pictured. Host very responsive (lives next door)) and went above-and-beyond to meet our needs. Very secure environment; left bikes unlocked without incident. Enjoyed the multitude of dear that came through the yard. Also liked that trails for hiking/biking were accessible just up the hill from the home. Super close to the state park including cranberry lake with hiking, swimming, kayak rental, driftwood galore, and stunning sunsets. Host also provided eggs, bacon, juice, bagels, and other food items…all much appreciated. Only stayed for 2 nights and wish we had stayed longer. Awesome little getaway.
