Relax by the covered pool, enjoy the firepit over the water or get on a kayak to explore the Mosquito Lagoon flats and Intercoastal Waterway. Kitchen has coffee bar barista, Air Fryer, Bar & Wine Cooler for your entertaining needs. Plenty of room for parking vehicles & trailers, 2 Car Garage for guests to use. Patio dining is covered with outdoor kitchen and grill. There is 75 ft of waterfront with boat lift. Games & activities on site. Fully furnished just bring your food and clothes. Long term accepted, minimum of 4 day rental. Pets must be approved by management. Groups are welcome.
