West Coast Trip
Was under construction to fix garages and balconies. Would say a little dated but clean and much bigger then expected, was a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with full kitchen townhouse. Location was perfect, small block walk to the beach. Could just go outside of courtyard and see sunset over the ocean. If ever visiting in the area would definitely stay again. Would highly recommend for families too , since there’s a pull out sofa bed too.

The place had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The office was responsive to our requests and needs. The location was perfect - walked to surf in the morning. Lots of fog, which were a little unprepared for.

The location and size of the unit were fantastic. One block from the beach, so can walk to beach. Oxnard Beach is not crowded and very safe. One minor negative was no AC in the unit. However, being that close to the ocean, it didn’t get hot and had a nice ocean breeze.

Our stay was very pleasant. It’s a two story townhouse with two bedrooms. The kitchen looked fully equipped although we didn’t cook for one night stay. The hot tub with message and lighting function in the backyard is definitely the highlight of our stay. It’s so relaxing! Everything is better than I expected of this property. Oxnard is a quiet town, if you don’t want to stay in Malibu for any reason. This town and this property is a good alternative. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful place. Each unit has its own hot tub and barbecue. It is a one minute walk from the beach, and a ten minute drive to loads of restaurants and shopping. Most people don't even know Oxnard has such a nice beach! If you want to get away from it all for a few days, this is the place!

Great location, bad housekeeping
Two minute walk to the beach, quiet family condo complex. Front desk super helpful and responsive, with beach toys and chairs to borrow. Private parking, though the garage was too small for our vehicle. Convenient beach shower, free washer/drier for the complex. Inside of the condo was no frills, bare bones, we could have used a few more things in the kitchen, but we made do. Housekeeping left an envelope encouraging a $20 tip. When we got there, there were other people's clothes in the drawers, Cheerios on the floor, the towels were wet, the bed sheets and blankets were dirty and i spent my evening washing them. We declined to leave a tip.

Condos are cute but housekeeping TERRIBLE!
Overall it was such a nice little condo, great location, staff was ok. It seems like they do a great job keeping up on maintenance. My thing was the lack of cleanliness, housekeeping is TERRIBLE. Im one that doesnt care about new or fancy as long as its clean. There was food splattered all over in the kitchen, counters had whole spots unwiped, old rice left uncleaned on stove. The blanket for the pull out had a dirty spill straight out of the closet. Floors were so dirty our socks were black in mins. I dont know why everything was filthy...
