My Valhalla Farm is located in Oakland Maine, close to Waterville & Augusta, with a historic Duplex farmhouse built in the early 1900's. Situated on about 9 acres, offering 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, including a jacuzzi, dining and living room with wood stove. There is a large deck with above ground pool as well.
Despite its rural setting, the property is conveniently located near Waterville and Augusta and offers various amenities, including shopping centers, golf courses, lakes and major highways.
Within 10 minutes to groceries and take-out/Eat in restaurants that also offer deliveries.

**Owner occupies adjoining unit** There is a separate entrance, unit is completely private.
