My experience at Motel 6 was the worst I have ever had. I checked in and left for a concert, but when I returned, I found myself locked out of my room, needing to be at work by 7 AM. I was informed that no one could unlock the door because the battery had died, and maintenance wouldn't arrive until 11 AM. As a result, I missed work. When I asked for help, I was told there was nothing they could do until maintenance got there. The phone in the room didn’t work, and I also found pubic hair in the shower. Overall, the customer service was very poor.
