The hotel it’s lovely, very nicely decorated, great service but every night you will hear music from the bars and terraces around. Rooms don’t have a good insulation to allow you to sleep peacefully

Friendly staff, always available to all of our questions and requests. There was coffee and chocolate available to guests during the morning plus water and lemon tea in the afternoon. Rooms are small and somewhat outdated, especially the bathroom. Great location, walking distance to a convenience store, zocalo, Catedral and Santo Domingo.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is ver conveniently located close to the Zocalo, Iglesia Santo Domingo and other with waking distance places… Jardín Etnobotánico y La Soledad The only thing is that late at night, you could hear staff walking with walkie talkie.., not sure if it was security due to underground parking and stairs to access rooms.
