Vacation complex for 20 people in Córdoba
This set of ads is aimed at families who want to spend their holidays together but without the inconvenience of living together in the same accommodation.
Events such as weddings, baptisms or communions are not allowed. As well as parties or birthday celebrations or bachelor or bachelorette parties that disturb the rest of the rest of the neighbors.
You will rent a series of studios and apartments that can accommodate 20 people.
The location of these accommodations is within La Hacienda el Encinar, where the studios (which are three) are grouped in one area and the apartments (which are two) are close to them.
We warn you that this rental of an accommodation complex does not imply that the entire property is rented for you. They will share common spaces with other guests if they match. Always respect the rules of the premises and the rest of the neighbors.
In the study area, you can use the square to gather the outdoor tables of each accommodation and have lunch as a family (remember that events such as weddings, baptisms or communions cannot be held, nor the involvement of catering, decoration or change of use of the facilities offered)
All the spaces where you will stay have television, air conditioning (the accommodations in Cerro Muriano and Villaharta only have air conditioning in the living room) and a bathroom with a shower.
You will have two complete kitchens with a combi refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob and kitchen utensils in the Cerro Muriano and Villaharta apartments. There is no kitchen in the studios, but they do have a small refrigerator.
You can use the common areas as a dining room or leisure space, as well as the pool and gym. Remember that you may live with other travelers outside your family. Respect and use spaces in a polite and orderly manner.
LOCATION
25 minutes from Córdoba capital. It has a wide range of natural spaces and outdoor activities in its surroundings such as hiking, bicycle routes or bird watching and local fauna. The natural area that surrounds the vicinity of the Hacienda belongs to or borders Sierra Morena.
In nearby districts such as Villaharta or Espiel, you will have a solution for different needs; pharmacies, supermarkets, sales or restaurants. Also for an urgent purchase you can go to the Repsol gas station which is located near the access entrance door that takes you to the premises.
This Hacienda is located within a large rural urbanization. With private access to it. The roads that take you to your destination are not paved, but they are very well maintained and do not pose any problems for driving. Remember to respect traffic rules.
Both the plot where you will stay and the residential area are fenced around the perimeter. Making easy and safe walking or cycling routes without leaving the community. Be respectful of other neighbors. If you travel by bicycle you will love taking rides throughout this community.
THE RANCH
This Hacienda houses several studios and apartments, common areas to facilitate your daily life that will provide you with the experiences you want for your vacation.
Being a large complex with many elements of use, there is a guard or maintenance staff who will be happy to help you with any problem you may have..Below we expand the information on common areas and their advice for use, always linked to the decisions of the owners.
POOL AREA
Large swimming pool where you can enjoy with the family, sunbathe or relax in the spaces designated for this.
Everyone must enjoy this space (remember that you are traveling to a space with several accommodations) and the shadow or furniture spaces are not assigned to any studio or apartment, use it responsibly and do not hoard more than what you need to have a stay nice or don't save the spaces if you're not going to use it.
The pool will have a specific time zone and rules of use. It is your responsibility to adhere to these rules. Remember to keep an eye on the little ones in the house, even when they are in the children's area. The figure of a lifeguard does not exist in the pool space.
It has two toilets differentiated by gender near the pool and for common use.
DINING ROOM
Dining area with chairs and tables to share with the rest of the accommodations. Common use area.
GAME'S ZONE
Large community play area. You will find a table tennis table, darts, television, rest on comfortable sofas and tables to entertain yourself playing cards or board games.
It is an ideal space for teenagers or younger people to socialize with other users of the same age. Meeting and fun point for the family.
Even if daily maintenance is carried out on the facilities, remember to leave the area you have used as you found it, take care of it and use it responsibly.
GYM
Located a little after the pool area. You will have a space to do aerobic routines or stretches. It is not a professional gym, but it will help you stay in shape or clear your mind if you do yoga, meditation or recovery exercises.
The use of these facilities is subject to a schedule, the use of towels and individual cleaning of the machines or elements used are mandatory.
PARKING AREA
Access to this specific area to park your vehicle is by code, which will be provided to you on the same day of your arrival. The maintenance or reception team will help you in case you have any problems.
