This is a very nice, clean hotel I have stayed here a few times and I have always felt comfortable. The staff works hard to accommodate your needs Breakfast could be better. However. It. Will fill you up until the next stop I will always try to stay at Cobblestone in Oberlin. Kansas.

We ended up getting there super late due to bad weather and they had lots of food options and the customer service was fantastic.

I arrived at the hotel at 2 am after a late flight and there was no one their to check me in. I went to the front door and it was locked I called the number and could hear it ringing through the door and no one came. I had to find a last minute hotel at two am which put me in an unsafe situation. Then I was charged for a no show and the next day I went to the hotel during business hours and requested a refund and he refused saying that he was there all night and I was a no show. I asked the employee to check his cameras and showed him my call log and he continued to lie to my face claiming I was a no show.
