Room was spacious and hotel staff was good but the room temperature was hot and the AC was not as effective and reactive as needed to cool the room down quickly. Finally got there! Hair dryer did not turn and no power outlets worked in the bathroom.

This was perfect for us as we had an overnight layover and needed somewhere for our family of 6. The only complaint is that the a/c didn’t seem to work so it was a bit stuffy in our room but otherwise it was great. Everything was clean and comfortable with big fluffy towels and great water pressure.

Hotel entrance a little odd-no way to pull up without going through a park-for-pay lot. Front desk nice enough to give paid ticket to leave lot after quick check in process. Easy walk to hotel after car rental drop off. Hotel shuttle to airport on a schedule and very convenient.

Julien, working the front desk when we checked in was great and helped us get an Uber to old town. The shuttle was very convenient. To catch the shuttle from the airport you must go outside terminal 1 and cross the street to "hotel shuttles". The Movenpick shuttle runs every 20 minutes, 10,30 nd 50 after each hour and was on time. As many others have mentioned, the AC in our room was a bit weak, other than the AC the hotel and staff are highly recommended.

The room’s air conditioning was not working as expected. They have it set pretty standard and cannot be adjusted so we were miserable on those 2 nights of stay while temperature outside was in the 90’s. Also, they did not honor my booking for free breakfast as well.
