Super friendly and accommodating staff. They had to deal with a hotel-full of Milton evacuees and made sure everyone was taken care of (Thank you to Tabitha at the front desk). The only reason I didn't give it a five was because of the strong mildew smell that permeated everything in the room on the first floor (pillows, sheets, curtains, and eventually our clothes). Maybe just stay on a different floor. If I had been there for a different reason, I would have asked for a room on a different floor, but I knew they were packed and we were in a safe place and that's all that mattered.

The staff was fantastic. They dealt with a hotel full of Milton evacuees and made sure everyone was taken care of. They were short-staffed and handled it like the pros they are (thank you to Tabitha at the front desk). The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the very heavy mildew smell in the room (first floor) that permeated everything. Maybe stay on another floor.

It was a difficult time...right after Hurricane Helena. But, the hotel is quite tiered and even if they tried to clean our room...it needed more than that. Staff was very nice though.
