Noisy.You can hear banging of the door.Next room was so noisy with the kids and they kept on knocking the wall near our bed .Kitchen associate sweeping the floor while there are still guests having breakfast in the dining area.Still needs more clean up .

Great location. Property was clean & pretty quiet. Although someone had a complaint about bed bugs on 2nd floor. We didnt experience that. Staff friendly & helpful.

This is THE WORST hotel experience I have ever had. DO NOT CHANCE IT! I honestly i’ve never had a bad experience at a hotel before this. Room smelled like wet dog & dog urine. But what SET ME OVER THE EDGE! Was the dead bug (pretty sure it was a bed bug casing) on my pillow. Upon further inspection we found other dead bugs on the bed, behind the sleeper sofa, and since we had flashlights on, saw the literal dirt and grime EVERYWHERE. We left at 10:30pm (first time we were in the room since check in) and left to find another hotel. I could not stay there, I could not allow my children to stay there. Absolutely disgusting. Thanks to Expedia I did get a refund since we didn’t stay. Horrible experience, I feel bad for those that stay and have no idea.

The pool opens at 10 , it should open earlier in the summer. The breakfast is very bad, almost no options. Some things like eggs and sausage are always cold. no orange juice on almost none of the days we stayed. The ladies who work in the breakfast area are very rude. In the pool they do not replace the towels when they run out.

Two things put a damper on our stay: We were told breakfast was until 9:30-we showed up at 9 with only eggs and sausage links availiable. We had to ask for utensils. Anything else was already finished and would not be replaced. We were told by staff that once something is gone, "that's it." We did not go to breakfast for the rest of the week. Then, we left Thursday around 1pm for the day and did not return until 9PM. OUR HOTEL ROOM DOOR WAS OPEN ABOUT 3 INCHES-anyone could have walked into our room during that time. When we told the front desk, they said they would let the head of housekeeping know. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

The property was beautiful! The only downfall was the cleanliness of the room. Specifically the bathroom. My family and I were there for 5 nights and housekeeping never came to clean the room nor change the sheets.

I stayed in room 123 and decided to use the jacuzzi tub. While lying back relaxing I felt I cold drop of water land on me. I looked up and noticed water damage on the ceiling. I assuming from jacuzzi above that is leaking or had overflowed.
