the room we stayed in was clean and orderly and it was in a very good spot and we had a great view of the beach. the only negative about the room is the bathroom door didn’t latch shut so it wasn’t able to close all the way but other than that it was a great stay, the hotel was right in the boardwalk and was close to alot of food options and i would definitely stay here again

The property was great I loved how clean the rooms were, as well as the pools. Also the location is perfect as you have access to the boardwalk but not the loud crowded areas of it. Will definitely book again.

Check in was great no problems. Our first full day housekeeping never came to clean , No clean towels. Next day housekeeping cleaned room BUT did not leave any clean towels. Coffee pot in room did not work and was reported but not replaced in 5 days. Alarm in hallway beeped loudly every night with no one coming to see why, annoying noise and why was it beeping?

Rooms are not clean, you had to slam our door to get it to close. Carpet in the hallways was filthy and needed vacuuming that never happened during our entire stay. There was a shelf outside of our room with a flower pot on it that was broken and just left there. Would not stay here again.

The bed was up against the air conditioner and or heater and you couldn’t get out of the bed, It was just a room given when they had nothing else to rent and we were just Disappointed! Thanks!

Our room was in the old boardwalk building. I requested a room in the new building but was told there were no rooms available. It seemed pretty empty to me though. Our room 202, was old and out dated. There was a roach in the bathroom. This was our 4th time staying at the Crystal Beach but unfortunately it will definitely be our last.
