Stayed with our family. Short drive to Legoland. We drove about 5 minutes to a beach one day. Lots of good restaurants nearby or just a short drive away. We would stay here again.

Some of the staff were pleasant and others terrible. I needed to wash some clothes and the machines only take coins, I asked the man at the front desk where I could take out cash and instead of directing me to the nearest ATM machine he answered “you get money at your bank”. I thought it was very rude considering I was carrying the laundry in my hands. This is the second time I stay here and both times I had to move from room because of a leaky toilet that was leaking the downstairs room or because the toilet just wouldn’t flush. When we were told we had to move, the new room was missing towels and soaps. The breakfast option is convenient but one of the worst I’ve had.

The room was gross. The shower curtain was ripped and almost falling off. There was pee around the base of the toilet. The fan in the bathroom was covered in dust. I would never stay at this hotel again.

It was a nice experience for myself and little family. Staff was great and extremely helpful. My kids loved the hot tub and breakfast. Definitely a great family hotel and very spacious rooms. Better experience this time with this hotel than my last visit in another hotel.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
For the price we had to pay for the night, this place is no where near worth it. If we had a choice, which we didn't, we would have stayed elsewhere.
