Quiet (it’s in center city but tucked away so you don’t hear traffic noise), clean, friendly staff. You don’t hear cleaning staff in the morning. Basic rooms have excellent amenities, including bath robes, fridge, and tea kettle. It’s really an amazing value and I’m very pleased so far.

Halfe way from the railway station to the center.
Good location and great staff. There was only one problem. There was a smell in the barhroom. We rapported it, but only stayed one night. So we don't know if they fixed it. :)

Great Hotel and helpful staff
I stayed in this hotel last week and I really liked it. Its a lovely hotel, very well taken care of. It has a good internet wifi signal from everywhere in the hotel and restaurant. The staff were very nice and helpful, and there was a good selection of food for breakfast. Thanks Dvorik staff for all the help you gave me! Will definitely stay again here.

Nice hotel, polite staff, good restaurant. Close to the sea, to the central park, not so far from the center of the city. Room was clean, furniture OK. They need to change TV and a MINI BAR.

A penny-pinching establishment. Breakfast was sub-standard. The orange juice was not real juice, and the coffee, from a machine, was nothing like real coffee. Everything 'hot' was decidedly cool and under-cooked. The food here is abominable, and I could do without very loud music at breakfast time. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Very nice cosy garden in front of the hotel. 4 floors but no elevator. Drinking water is provided for extra money only. Location - a bit far from the center.

Modern place, great room
Great place, very modern (summer 2016) and very spacious room. Location is halfway between the beach and the historic downtown, not particular close to either. Extremely helpful reception staff, my impression is that service in the hotel restaurant is often a bit slow.

Very nice stay. Pleasant personal with good English. Hotel was preparing for summer season but no major problems. Large variety of foods for breakfast, and close distance to downtown. By taxi less than 10 min drive.Room was clean and hotel personal were always helpful. Only one thing which I missed was lack of English speaking TV channels but Internet was working fine so no big deal for me. Overall I can recommend this hotel like good choice for everyone who want to spend few days in Odessa and don't spend too much for hotel room.

It's a great value for the bargain price, especially during the peak tourism season. The furniture is modern. The staff are friendly and actually helpful (not dismissive like some more higher-end hotels in Ukraine). The lower cost is because it's not in the city center, but that is only 1 kilometer to the northeast and I enjoyed the daily walk. Also, because of this, it is much more quiet than a hotel in the city center. I stayed in the extension building, which has exactly the same rooms as the main building, except the outside is not beautiful but that doesn't matter to me.

I stayed in the apartments portion. It was great at a bargain price through Expedia, even during the high tourism season. The hotel itself is 1 kilometer from the city center, but I enjoyed the walk downtown and the quietness of the distance from the noise at night in the center. All the shifts of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were not aloof and dismissive like in some other Ukrainian hotels I've stayed at. I consider Hotel Odesskiy Dvorik a 4-star hotel in my heart, it will become my main apart-hotel for all future stays. Also, the breakfasts are free at the built-in restaurant, so that also warmed my heart.
