This is a completely private lower unit apartment, with a private entrance and digital keypad lock. This is a rear lower unit with an abundance of daylight in every room, and an open floor plan. Free off street parking - park in the driveway, behind the security and peace of mind of a gate! Pet friendly apartment with a fully fenced backyard! Come enjoy a BBQ on your private patio deck, while looking at the beautiful mountains - and the patio is fully dedicated just for guests!
