Good stay in Naha
Room was clean and nice. The AC was very quite so we have no problem slept at night. The breakfast was great which they offer some Okinawa style foods for us to try.

My hotel room gave off a really strong rotting smell, very strange. As soon as I walked into the room, the smell hit, I had to open the window and blast the AC. There was a large stain on the entryway floor. Unfortunately, even with airing out the room, the smell never cleared up.

Overall good stay
This hotel worked well for our needs. Overall we enjoyed ourselves here. First the cons: The public bath they have did not allow tattoos :( which is very common but still sad. Was hoping since it was part of the hotel, and not just open to everyone they would, but nope. There were no outlets by the beds. They had a few over by the TV/desk area but none by the beds, so thankfully we had battery packs. If you play pokemon go, there are not many pokestops on the hotel, or at least for us, there were 3, but we drifted and couldnt reach them. Now the pros: Location was great. Right next to a large mall and lots of food options. As well as a monorail station and a large bus station all a block away. Our room was cozy but plenty spacious and really enjoyed the little table and chairs. Bed was comfortable. There was a washer and dryer that you could use, which was perfect for us as it was time to do laundry and saved us a trip finding a laundry mat. As well as a laundry service if you prefer (but it was a lot more money).

It is very convenient, we stayed 3 nights in here. It is only 5 mins walk to the Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street, Bus Terminal, and the monorail station. And there are 3 convenient stores dowstairs. Although the room might be a little small, it is normal to the hotel in the urban area in Japan. Anyway, it is a reat place to stay if you stay in Naha and travel around.

The staff is very diligent and helpful. The hotel is centrally located to all the places we need to go like, the Prefecture Office station, Kencho-kitaguchi station (bus transfer), Kokusai Dori street, and meeting point for One-day tour.

Our go-to hotel in Naha
We’ve stayed here twice now and we have been pleased both times. The location is great! And a close walk to Yui monorail! We enjoy the public bath upstairs and free coffee in the mornings. It is also convenient to Kokusaid Dori.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Returned my Apple Watch that I accidentally left in the public bath locker. They dropped off new bags with new towels and yukata daily at my door without me asking. Very clean hotel with great amenities for a very affordable price. Similar hotel in Kyoto costed me 5 times the rate. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was a bit small, but nothing out of the ordinary for Japan. Super convenient location to food, shopping, and public transit. Public bath is nice too. Only gripe is the traffic sounds can be a bit annoying first thing in the morning! Recommended.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. Mostly, the service was good, but the front desk staff are not allowed to assist with restaurant reservations. Since English is limited at many restaurants, the hotel management should reconsider this policy and be more customer friendly.
