What I Like: Walkable distance to monorail station, supermarket, dining options. 7-11 convenience store is right next door with ATM machine in the store. Even though staffs have limited English proficiency, they still tried very best to communicate. Our room was upgraded from Twin to Triple, which made our stay more comfortable. Beds were large and comfortable. Also given access to lounge to enjoy ice-creams and soft drinks.
Area for Improvement: The bathroom has reek of urine smell when toilet bowl cover was opened. I suspect it was cleaned properly even though I could not see any stain. I had to unload all my luggage and bags on my own at hotel entrance from car. Would be nice to have some help from staff to get our luggage to hotel lobby on 2nd floor before driving my car into mechanical car park.

Be warned that this hotel is very much for business men. The whole hotel reeks of smoke. There were many stains on the carpet and couch in the room. We requested non smoking room and it still smelt like cigarettes smoke.

Compared with the other hotel I stayed before this one, the staff are more friendly and more fluent in English, the cost is lower, and the facilities are better. So I am very satisfied with this hotel
