We had a terrible stay the hotel was very u safe there were people outside drinking and partying knocking on our door. The hotel room itself was dirty musty smell. Due to it being unsafe we left shortly after checking in. The hotel wouldn’t answer when I was leaving at 1230 am. Very dissatisfied and would like a refund!

The room was fantastic (except for the mattress), the lobby was beautiful. The pool was very clean and clear but unfortunately the hot tub was very murky and smelled questionable. The breakfast was about a 6/10. I’ve eaten a lot of hotel breakfasts in my life and this one just didn’t win me over. They did have hot foods like eggs, hash browns, sausage, biscuits and gravy and they also had a touchless pancake maker which was cool but the food seemed a little old for us eating at 7:30. We booked because of the hot tub and the hot breakfast so for those to be mediocre was disappointing but the room and lobby makes up for it. I will say that it looks kinda sketchy on the outside but the inside made up for it.

Check in was easy, staff was very friendly throughout, rooms were clean and pool was good. Only issues were to e pool ladder was broken with screws out and there were people smoking inside the pool deck area.

First room key would.not work. The staff memeber he was very rude about it. The first lady was nice.second room could not turn shower all the way on or it burnt you. Bar lady was very pleasant also and the breakfast staff was great Breakfast was good bed comfy they need to work on alot if stuff bar ac did not work .

Not a place for families.
This property needs to update their photos. This hotel is a very old hotel has not been maintained. Has rotten wood all over the balcony railings. The first room that we were in was not cleaned or made up had to go back down into the lobby to get another room. It is in a drug infested community. I would never recommend a woman staying in this hotel alone.

I would stay again
9 day trip. Older hotel. Staff was great, room was clean!!! AC was loud. Needed a new seal around the door. Had to redo the key cards several times. Easy to get to and close to where we needed to be. Staff was friendly and our room was clean, had hot water for showers. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but enjoyed the breakfast and utilized the Resturant for a couple of dinners which was convenient.
