I found the room to be incredibly clean and nice, especially at this price point. The only 2 problems I had, were I paid online, then had to pay a $50.00 returnable deposit that you're not aware or warned about until you arrive at check-in, and our door keys wouldn't work on outside doors, but fortunately another person came by and let us in. My key worked fine on room door. All in all I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Registration Frustration
Upon arrival and registration, the receptionist was not curtious or understanding as to what was going on with all in our party that was registering. She was very argumentative. I didn't appreciate her personality or attitude. I know that I was a little aggressive as well, but we had traveled over 6 1/2 hours in rainy weather to make it to our destination. I did apologize for my behavior, but she should have been a little more understanding and knowledgeable about what was going on, but instead she proceeded to tell me what she "didn't see" in the computer, which irritated me more. We were trying to get the thermostat to work in our room and when I called the front desk, I was told that if it didn't come on in an hour to let the front desk know, I didn't but we were on our way out to a family function and didn't have time to explain what was going on...needless to say, I finally got the situation taken care of. The overall stay was good & the breakfast was great, my family enjoyed it.

Room was spacious 2 queen beds, sofa, microwave, fridge. Beds firmer than what we were used to, also, a lttle older hotel that needs to upgrade a little by putting in some usb and usb-c ports available by beds and desk. But price was very reasonable, $71 for a Tuesday night.
