Hate that free coffee is not offered. They have a Starbucks, but too expensive and I hate Starbucks. Water control knob in shower keep falling off when used. Called maintenance each time. They came and reattached the knob, but it always fell off again. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

It was terrible. It was dirty. The customer service at the front desk by one service lady was not very pleas. She was quite rude. She had long nails did not smile and look like she was just over her day.

This Courtyard is maintained ok, kept clean, but is quite minimalist. There is no free coffee in dining room in the morning, room amenities are small and sparse, but the friendly staff is quite happy to give you any extra soaps, towels, etc. For the price, I will compare other hotels for my next stay.
