The room was great but the pool was area was 64 degrees in December and too cold to swim for the grandchildren and was part of their Christmas present/adventure. Not heated. Very disappointed.

We loved how modern and clean this property is, however, the pool was closed and the hot tub was not working. Over all very family friendly and a huge tv. We had a whole movie night there! I recommend for business and family travel.

I was disappointed in my weekend stay. I purchased 4 queen suites for my family and myself. Upon arrival, systems was down and we could not check in. Rooms were not up to standard. The sofas in all the rooms look like they need to be thrown away. The cushions were coming apart and none of the pull out beds worked. The rooms look like they were cleaned to bare minimum standard and not to mention two of the rooms had roaches. The pool was cloudy and the hot tup was freezing !

Our bed was super squeaky and the room we were in curtains were torn up so it was hard to sleep with the light coming in. Also there was weird knocking (assuming pipes) that would knock over and over again and woke us up multiple times in the night. One night our tv was out for a few hours as well. The staff was kind and the breakfast was nice though.

I booked this hotel because it said it had 24 hour airport shuttle only to find out the shuttle was not 24 hours. Had to book a uber. $25 later. Will not book here again. False advertising on Orbitz site for this hotel.

The room was dirty, bathroom had hair and dirt and the pull out couch had stains on the mattress and full of crumbs. The dressers had crumbs and fingernail clippings. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was cold too. The heater element went out and when we checked in they did not let us know.
