I called the desk to inquire why my room wasn't cleaned when I was gone all day. I was told "I don't know; I don't work the day shift." Then I said that I needed some towels since my room wasn't cleaned, and I was told I need to come get them myself.

Told the front desk personnel that the key swipe did not work. It appeared that I was asking to much for him to look into it until the third time I had to walk all the way around to the front entrance to get back to my ground floor room.

The fire alarm went off the first night about 10:30. All alarms were going off. Wasn't sure what happened but I did call the desk and they said the fire department was checking. There was no fire. May need a system to let all know everything is clear.

The hotel was unorganized and dirty. Multiple people were being sent to dirty rooms. The attendant said they were having issues with the cleaning crew. Rooms were booked without rooms available.

Great checkin.
Check in was great. We arrived kind of late, but the woman at the desk was great. Positive and friendly and she handled our checkin with no problems. I sure wish I could remember her name, because employees like her are an asset to your organization.

In town for a tournament. We'll stay elsewhere when we're back in town for the next one in a few weeks. Breakfast doesn't start until 7 AM on weekends, which is too late for us. The women in the breakfast area wouldn't let our kids just grab some pre-packaged stuff to go. Understandable since it was a few minutes before 7, but still crummy. No cups/glasses in the room. Had to go to the lobby to get some. No soap for the shower suplied in our room. They were out of hot chocolate packets in the lobby when we were leaving, and no lids for the coffee cups, anyway. We stayed here about a year ago and it was in better shape at that time. On the plus side, the room and lobby were clean and there were lots of restaurants nearby.
