Directions to the hotel were spot on. Quick valet attendants that really go the extra mile of courteousness. Recommend the short drive down to Bricktown for adult fun but fun for the kids too. I would not hesitate in a minute to book another visit to The Omni. Convenient to find activities in the hotel and outside.

LOVE the Vibe and Service, Elevate Food
I always love the elevated vibe of the Omni OKC and exceptional service. However on this trip there was a hair in my shower when I checked in and the food at Catbird and Tap OKC was subpar. I look forward to returning when ALL the F&B venues are on the level of Bob's and Seltzer. Special notation for the spectacular female bartender in full capacity lobby bar who was managing the role of 3 bartenders with ease.

We always enjoy our stays at the OMNI. This hotel is gorgeous, is in a great location, and has great facilities for kids and adults. Will always stay at this hotel when in OKC. (added bonus, housekeeping makes the bed and delivers clean towels with being requested- I feel like that is rare these days).

Not a VIP, think twice.
We have stayed at this property at least 10 times since it’s opened a few years ago. Huge changes since our last visit which was beginning of summer. Perhaps due to all the summer traffic. Ordered room service, took 1 hr and 45 minutes, called twice to check on were told our order was put to the side due to a VIP arrival. Were told it would be up in 10 minutes, called 45 minutes later, no answer. By the time the meal was delivered it was 10:00 pm, not fully what was ordered, no communication, made my spouse sick for 24 hrs. The bed felt old and lumpy, shower dripped for a long duration. This is clearly not up to the Omni standard.
