Desk service was friendly, but the room was less than expected. Found hairs in the bed sheets, dead crickets by the floor boards, and some other clear cleaning oversights. Will not be staying here again.

We left after being there for 30 minutes and that was the dirtiest hotel i have personally ever been in. The area is less than ideal with homeless people everywhere.

Impressed by my first stay at a Zamfir hotel
I was a bit worried when I learned my room was very near the lobby but it was very quiet and nothing woke me. The orientation of the door and the vertical assist rod outside it is a little awkward, at least in my room, but it was not a big deal. I had one other little quibble but it's now two nights later and I've been up all night for work so I forget what it was but it was minor. Good neighborhood, polite staff, clean room, I would stay there again.

Bed was hard, rust in the bathtub, ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. Very little choices for the breakfast. No sugar for coffee, only sweet and low and Splenda. When we asked for sugar the front desk clerk just pointed at the sugar substitute and said right there... we will not be returning to this hotel
