Good- until it wasn’t.
Our stay started off okay. Hotel was nice enough, and check in was easy. We were sitting down to eat dinner in our room and opened a bottom cabinet to see if there was an extra trash can there. No trash can, but instead a huge bag of trash left by some previous guest. Made me question to cleanliness of everything else. Gym was very nice. Breakfast was nice as well.

Room selection by attendant could have been better
The room was nice and clean but it was on the bottom floor and had quite a bit of highway noise. It was also not a full hotel so it was not necessary to put us in a bottom floor accessible room.

Location for what we were needing was great and easy to get to. Staff were nice. Safe area. Close to the hospital. Unfortunately, it was very loud at night, felt like you could hear every foot step like a stomp from the floor you stayed on and from the floor above you. There was no water pressure in the shower, more of a trickle, and there were two cockroaches in our room. We have stayed here before and had an excellent stay, so this stay was very disappointing and we will not be back.

The property noise level in the room , 206, was high. We could hear conversation and noise from room next to us. As long as air unit was on it drowned it out. Nice breakfast and staff friendly and helpful and welcoming.

Customer service was great! From check in to check out. The morning staff for breakfast were on top of their job. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing I disliked was the restroom sliding door, not a lot of privacy. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
