LUXURY VILLA w/ private Pool&Garden for 10+2 in Trogir, Okrug Gornji

We are sure this accommodation will provide you relaxation since you'll be able to enjoy a private swimming pool with beautiful garden, lovingly tended by the house owner. Apartment is very comfortable with 6 bedrooms a in total and is ideal for families and groups of friends.
This location is great too since everything is super close – village center, supermarket, restaurant, bars and Copacabana beach is at approximately 15 minutes from the house - if you ever decide to leave this property! :)

Villa Luxury is situated in quiet and very lovely place, away from high traffic. Apartment is in the high ground floor and has an amazing garden with 25 m2 large swimming pool – w/deck chairs, hammocks, BBQ, table and chairs. All of this is for your exclusive use.

Floor has total area of 165 m2 + 100 m2 large terrace and garden with small playground for kids.

Villa is fully equipped for 12 persons and it consists of:
- 6 bedrooms: 5 bedrooms are with double bed and 1 bedroom with two convertible sofa beds, each for 1 person. One bedroom (with bathroom) is separated from the apartment and the entrance is from the garden. Altogether, there are 12 beds in bedrooms.
- Large living room with sofa and TV SAT with more than 200 channels.
- Two dining rooms - outdoor & indoor.
- Five bathrooms - 4 bathrooms are with shower, one bathroom is with bath tub, bide and washing machine.
- Two kitchens - one large with a dish washer, coffee maker, oven, large fridge, icemaker, microwave, kettle…
- Terrace w/ table and chairs, deckchairs, sunshade & outside shower with hot water

There are 3 air-conditions that can cool the whole place. Internet access is free of charge (Wi- Fi ADSL - fast internet) - whole place wireless covered. Large parking area is in the shade.
Sea and beach are approximately 550 m far from the apartment. Beach is pebbly and suitable for adults and children.

Family friendly vacation
We had a lovely week, six adults and four children. It was very well suited for an extended family like ours. Shady and Nice garden area with a Great pool that was a big hit. A positive surprise was the separate little «guest house» in the garden with a separate bed room and bathroom. This was not clear to us from the ad. A layout picture/drawing of the property would have made much more clear how the apartment(s) in fact are. The property is quite private, but definitely not a «villa» as the title implies. The property is all on one floor, and there are other apartments with other vacationers above. The entire garden is private to this property though. The apartment contains two small kitchens, and one living room (we were expecting two, but one of the sofa areas we used as bed room). The location was OK, it seems that to Get a property with pool you will struggle to find one closer to the beach. It was a little further to walk than expected, small children and traffic, but still OK distance to walk. All in all a really good place to stay with a big family.

12 persons on training trip. When whether was ”bad” it was a bit to tight to be inside. Some small stuff as lamps, water etc was not in top shape, but overall ok.

All in all a nice place to stay. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor area is nice. However,some dissapointments as well as there are some annoying issues which was not expected based on the "luxyry" adveritssement: - General lack of maintenanse with several loose fittings in the bathrooms. Shower curtains hanging, WC seat loose, etc. etc. A handy man could have soleved this in a day. - AC in the annex room needs to be emptied for water at least one timd during th night. Went hose was dissconnected (however fixed during the stay). -Outdoor furniture has seen much better days.

Séjour tres agréable
Maison très adaptée pour 10 personnes, décorée avec soin. Propriétaire très agréable et à l'écoute de ses locataires. Elle a même offert aux enfants une de ses créations artistiques. Seul bémol: les appartements au dessus de la maison en rez de jardin se situent au 1er ou 2eme étage de la maison ( entrées independanres) Location fortement conseillée !!
