Great place to stay for a family event
The mattresses were super comfortable and the bedrooms were very nice. Be prepared, if you like to take a bath in the jet tub, it caused my sister's pause as they weren't sure they would be able to get back out of it (it's a big step up) :-). But my daughter-in-law who loves baths really enjoyed it. We were a little concerned that we would run out of hot water but even with 5 of us in the house showering one after the other we never ran out of hot water. Even the jetted tub was able to stay piping hot and relaxing. Everything in the house was very nice the bedrooms we're all very comfortable, the kitchen was great thank you for the coffee and the Keurig :-) the carpet was stained but the owners have a plan to update soon. We would definitely come back to this rental if we had another family event in Olathe Kansas. All in all a very nice experience

Wonderful family wedding weekend
We had 7 adults and a child stay for a long weekend for a nearby family wedding. The house was perfect for our needs. Great neighborhood location, plenty of space, very clean. Larry was a great host.

Not as advertised
This property is older and is in some disrepair. Yard not kept up and has not had a deep cleaning in a while. Second bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/ shower you have to straddle the 3ft wall to get into, so not usable to my older siblings. So to sleep 12 you've got one user friendly shower. It was usable and affordable, but off putting at the same time.
