Fun 2BR Oceanfront Condo at The Brunswick in Old Orchard Beach

An immaculate, spacious 2BR/1Ba condo at the famous Brunswick in the hub of Old Orchard Beach.  A large private deck is all yours for viewing amazing sunrises daily and fabulous fireworks every Thursday evening during summer months.  Steps away to Old Orchard Beach pier, nightlife, shopping, and Palace Playland.  The Brunswick Restaurant/Beach Bar is below you, so this is not a "quiet" getaway, but a fun one for sure, adding that the 4th floor condo and deck keeps you above the hubbub when you want to be!
Drive 20 miles north to the beautiful city of Portland and the "Old Port", Maine’s cultural epicenter.  A little further north is the renowned LL Bean Store and Outlet shopping.  Or a short drive south to the quaint town of Kennebunkport, with fine shops, restaurants and picturesque rocky shores.  For the adventurous, a short walk to Old Orchard Beach's train station for a Downeaster trip to Boston MA, a city rich in culture and history. The train drops you at North Station, home of TD Garden for you New England sports fans (or haters).

What a great place! Perfect location, gorgeous views, and a beautiful condo. It’s spacious, clean & fully stocked with all the kitchen amenities we needed to have a wonderful roasted chicken family dinner (when we weren’t out eating all the treats on the boardwalk!) Nancy was so kind & welcoming, we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Beach Getaway
We very much enjoYed our stay. The apartment was exactly as deactibed. It was perfect for socializing with easy access to the beach. Having a dedicated parking spot was great. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone planning a trip to OOB.

Great find!
Two life long friends spent a few days here for a relaxing beach vacay. We were happy to find this condo. The space is beautiful, with a large deck overlooking the ocean! Everything we needed was provided, including toiletry items, fully appointed kitchen, beach chairs, etc. The host was very responsive, and check in was very simple. The bar/restaurant below had great food plus two live bands every day. From the balcony it was like we had our own private entertainment. All of the bands were great! The included parking spot was appreciated. I highly recommend this condo. The only thing that would make it any better would be central air. The ceiling fans and other fans provided helped a lot! So much to do nearby- aside from the beach, the Eastern trail is close for biking or walking with an amazing nature preserve on that trail. In addition to exploring the immediate area, we also went to Portland for a tour, which was a short 20 minute drive away.

Orchard Beach
Great location! Close to the beach and all the fun things at orchard Beach. Can get loud on the weekend nights, but we were well aware of that enjoyed the music into the night. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Weekend
Fantastic!!! Myself and four of my girlfriends had a very enjoyable girls weekend. The condo was spectacular - extremely clean, plenty of space for the five of us, and beautiful views from the balcony. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, along with some water and goodies!!!😋 It was so convenient having the restaurant/bar downstairs with live music all weekend. The food and drinks were great also!!! Not one complaint, we had a blast!!!

Nancy was a fantastic host and extremely accommodating with check in and check out time during our stay for a large event held at the beach. The condo was very spacious and the view of the beach from the balcony was gorgeous! A perfect spot to relax and listen to the waves. Very clean and a great feeling of a “home away from home.” The location is walking distance to OOB attractions-Palace Playland, the Pier and other bars and restaurants. Everything I wanted and More!
This property is the perfect location for all family members. My 80 year old mother can’t walk the beach any longer. But this condo allowed her to sit on the huge balcony and be as close to the ocean as possible. Beach wheelchairs are available for rent close by. All one level, bars in the shower for safety, entertainment daily hearing the bands downstairs, close to the strip for everyone else. Very clean, beautifully decorated and Nancy was the best! I’ll be booking this condo again for sure!

First of all, the host , Nancy, was so professional and courteous. She was a pleasure to deal with. The condo was exceptionally clean and was so well equipped. They thought of everything. We would definitely stay there again. Not sure about early summer with no ac but late August was great.Location was awesome too. We enjoyed the beach, the music and short walk to pier. Wonderful long weekend at OOB
If you know about the Brunswick, you know. This unit provided a perfect location for a long "adults only" weekend for the wife and I. The ocean views from the balcony are superb. If you are into getting up early for a sunrise, you don't have to go any further than the sliding doors, feet from your bed. You also have the added bonus of watching the bands play the stage at the Swick. NOTE: If you are going on the weekend, know they play music pretty much non-stop so if you are looking for an early to bed, quiet location this might not be your place. The bands they host are great with some real talent so if you enjoy music, it's a must. The condo itself is exactly as it is pictured. We had everything we needed, including a parking space. We spent the weekend either on the beach, in the condo or at the Sunset Grill next door. The Sunset is new this year and is an excellent spot for drink and food. I am already looking forward to our next long weekend here.

My only complaint would be the bed in the bedroom with the balcony. It was two low and very uncomfortable. It was also very loud, if one person rolled over the other person heard it. Other than that everything was great.

This condo was lovely! Very clean, very spacious. Everything was in great working condition. The one thing I might suggest to someone staying is to bring their own fan with them. Each room has a ceiling fan and a tower fan, but we were there a very hot week and could have used another fan on us for sleeping.

Wow, what an amazing place. The condo was so clean and shiny and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The views are wonderful and especially the sunrises. Loved listening to the waves crash on the shore. What a great place to spend time with your family and friends. So close to everything OOB has to offer. Really enjoyed the balcony and listening to the bands below.
