Due to floods in Dubai & flight cancellations - had called the hotel to inform that will arrive the next day. They had given the room to someone and it was not ready when Murali arrived at the Hotel in the morning. In which case they should have refunded the cost for 1 day and not made us wait.

I should have listened to the reviews. Like others, we found the staff to be rude. We also didn’t get their “special limited bracelets” to the pool. I’m doubting if they exist. My kids were bummed. The menu is very limited and there’s not much nearby if you don’t have a car. Breakfast was very good and it was clean.

Rooms are spacious,, 2 stories rooms,,, we are in spring so it's little hot, A/C works but if you like It really cold it won't get you there,, beds are comfi, loved the parking in front of. Your room, staff very nice, I had to pay 15 euro per person for breakfast, somehow good but lacks a little Would recommend
