Beautiful and Serene
My husband and I enjoyed our 3 day star here. We spent much of our time on the terrace staring at the views and watching for birds. The place is very spacious, clean and private and Fuzeta is a great little town. It is an easy walk to restaurants and activities. Very comfortable furniture and great hot water. We would love to come back for a longer stay.

We love Fuseta and have stayed in this apartment block multiple times. Sadly, unlike on previous stays, we found this property to be showing significant signs of wear and tear. We were unable to use the kitchen sink because it had fallen off its fixings, there was cracked glass/splash backs throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, loose floorboards to the balcony, locks not working to patio doors etc etc. The biggest problem however was the smell of waste/sewerage coming out through the drains on arrival. This reduced over time but never really went away. Please note - There is no door separating the main bedroom from the en-suite. Still, I know the list sounds long but it wasn't enough to spoil our vacation - we had a fab time despite these minor frustrations

The perfect spot
L'appartement était identique à ce qui a été annoncé et avec une surprise de taille, la piscine. Malgré un retard à l'allumage pour récupérer les clés, tout le reste était très bien.

Mooi verblijf op wandelafstand v Fuseta
App had mooi uitzicht met rustig privaat zwembad. Jammer dat eigenaar geen kosten maakt om het tiptop te houden. Ruiten terras gebroken, kraan keuken draait zot, 1 fiets beschikbaar, rest was onbruikbaar. Wel staanplaats in garage, op wandelafstand v h strand/overzetboot naar de ocean beach. Voor ons toch een 9/10 score - 1 week verbleven met 5 volwassenen.

+ stunning view over Ria Formosa + apartment well equipped with perfect setup (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 extra WC) + very clean + very good supportive agency (Sonia) at fuzeta - some equipment needs small repair after like 15 years of usage (showers, one closet door, dishwasher door, some furniture) - communication with owner / only contact person before check in was a bit unsatisfying: no answer at all to my emails desperately asking for checkin information

Wonderful stay in Del Mar
We had a wonderful stay in Del Mar in August 2023. The apartment is great and had a couple of new addictions by the owner which made the space much more comfortable. The check-in procedure was made very smooth by Sonia who received us with open arms and a full package of useful information. A fully equipped kitchen is a plus for a family with children and the availability of beach towels and toys made our stay a must! We will definitely return next year!

Einfach wunderbar
Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt und ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Loggia auf die Ria Formosa ist atemberaubend. Allein dort zu sitzen und den Wechsel der Gezeiten, die Sonne und den Mond zu bestaunen, ist die Reise wert. Auch den fantastischen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine tolle Wohnung, wunderschöne Sicht, Sauberkeit der Umgebung katastrophal
Die Wohnung ist toll, sehr sehr geräumig, toll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich dort wohl und zuhause. Auch etwaige Regentage sind damit kein Problem. Die Aussicht (vor allem bei Flut) ist einfach gigantisch, die Bilder geben das exakt wieder. Auch der Pool ist toll, war während unseres Aufenthalts nicht stark genutzt (außer von Möven :-)) und bot eine erfrischende Abkühlung. Einziges Manko (neben dem Ort, Fuseta ist aus meiner Sicht stark überbewertet...) ist die Sauberkeit der Umgebung der Wohnung. Obwohl die Anlage selbst sehr gepflegt ist, ist direkt auf den Bürgersteigen, den Parkplätzen draußen (die man nutzen muss, da ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz nicht dazu gehört) und der Straße überall Hundeschei*e aufgrund der Straßenhunde, schätze ich. Man kann wirklich nicht treten und natürlich riecht es sehr unangenehm. Die Straße wurde während unseres Aufenthalts sogar "gereinigt", aber das hat die Sauberkeit nicht verbessert. Man kann also kaum direkt dort spazieren gehen und selbst das Gepäck ins Auto zu laden war unangenehm.

Sehr gemütliche und großzügige Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Ria. Wenige Gehminuten vom Strand, dem Hafen zum Übersetzen auf die Insel mit herrlichem Strand und zu diversen Restaurants. Außerdem ist ein sehr schöner Pool dabei. Ruhige Lage und gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Klare Empfehlung. Kommen gerne wieder!
