Honestly, I was very, very disappointed with this location. We first walk in and they are under remodeling. Whoever was at the front desk immediately made it our problem that they were under remodeling by letting us know that they are down to only a couple of rooms due to the remodeling and that we had to be on third floor without an elevator, not only was the room unclean and felt incredibly unsafe. The windows are not properly sealed at least I believe so because you could hear every little thing that happened outside at one point, I even heard a cat meow with the window completely shut

For the price it is wonderful, the jacuzzi king suites are affordable and a wonderful way to unwind in a small city after big adventures, but the hotel is showing its age, upcoming renovations aside, the ceilings are starting to leak, the windows are laden with condensation at all hours, and puddles of water form underneath them. I’m hoping the new construction will address these concerns.

Meticulously clean and comfortable, and friendly!
This was the most meticulously clean hotel room I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in much newer hotels with newer decor and way more expensive that weren't nearly as clean as this place. The staff were friendly and wonderful, couldn't ask for better. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in this area - only this place.

Not the most remarkable stay
Checked in late at night. Gentlemen at the front was very upbeat and friendly. Room was a little on the smaller side, but comfortable and accommodating, and very clean. Also quiet. Breakfast was delicious! There was some confusion as we thought check out was at noon, so we were shocked to have the front desk morning manager knocking on our door at 11:10 am, asking if how many minutes we would take to get to the front desk to re-book our room for another nights stay. She wasn't as friendly as I'd hope someone in her position to be, and was a little off putting. My husband discovered that we were not told of a deposit the night before, so we were surprised to have to pay $100 deposit the 2nd night, especially after not causing any concern or warranting any reason to need any deposit as we we are clean and responsible guests, however we did as asked to not cause any issues.

Had absolutely no problems checking in, and got a free upgrade to a Suite, which was wonderful. The staff were friendly, breakfast was tasty, and overall we had 0 complaints. Will definitely book there again if we're in the area.
