Property Manager was unhelpful
All of my communication with the property manager was via text message. However when it came to requesting an extended time for check-out, 24hours beforehand, I was advised that I didn't read an email and that nothing could be done to extend my checkout by 1 hour. I found the property manager to be unhelpful and even condescending and will not be using the Vacasa property group again.
