Enjoy a stay in this peaceful neighborhood close to the zoo, downtown and a freeway entry to get anywhere in town in no time. Feel free to use the home's patio and yard for a cookout and bonfire. There is free gravel parking on the premises and parking is allowed on the home's side of the street. A nearby school's track is at a 3 minute walking distance if you're interested in exercising during your stay. Brown Park's playground was renovated in 2023 and is only an 8 minute walk from the house.

Free additional firewood can be provided upon request, but you'll have to get your own meat! 2 adult and 3 child bicycles are also available for use.

Great place to stay
Andres was extremely helpful with any issue that came up! The house looked exactly like the photos and was overall very clean. I don’t have any complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Omaha stay
Property is in a Latino neighborhood and within walking distance of excellent Mexican restaurants and Guatemalan grocery stores. The home worked well for 4 adults and a 1 year old. The house was pretty much child proof for keeping small children safe. Home was well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was always prompt in any communication. We would stay here again if we get back to Omaha.

Very nice
Overall the house was super nice and provided exactly what we needed… A weekend away to celebrate my husband’s birthday with friends. We struggled a little with the lock to the house all weekend but that could have been user error. The only other thing is we got check in instructions after we had already checked in. Again, overall the house was still wonderful and we had an awesome time!
