The hotel was GREAT!!! It was a lot of petty reviews on this hotel, the area was fantastic and the hotel was super clean. The only problem I saw was the lady that was doing breakfast was rude, heavy set lady with short brown hair.

Disappointed to find no microwave in room. You have to go down to the 'marketplace' by the front desk to use a microwave. We were awakened at 6 a.m. by a shrieking child in the next room. Fortunately they were checking out. Next night was quiet. Refrigerator tended to freeze our food and drinks; no way to adjust temp.

I read a lot of the reviews on this property and a lot of them were very petty. The hotel was super clean in a fantastic area of university of Omaha. Dining was in walking distance, so was the movie theater. The only complaint I have is the breakfast lady was rude as hell every morning she worked, heavy set lady with brownish hair. Other than that the place was great!!

We really enjoyed staying in the hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk recommended a restaurant with walking distance and the food was delicious. It was located in a very nice neighborhood and was easily found.

I was with my handicapped mother and had booked a handicap accessable room. When I pointed out that the room they gave me wasn't handicapped, I was told they couldn't move us because they "overbooked". We stuck out the night with clearance issues, no bar by the toilet. and noisy neighbors above us (stomp stomp stomp until 1 am) I told my Mom "I'll make it up to you by buying you breakfast at the "Bistro". Next morning we headed down to the breakfast area only to find that it was closed. Evidently there was some IT problem(?) that they have had for a couple of days. There was a thermos of coffee and a "sorry for the inconvenience". I can get a noisy non handicap accessable room without breakfast at almost any hotel and pay half as much for it. I wanted to treat myself and my mom to something special and this Marriot came up short. I will say that it was very clean and in prime condition with only a chip out of the tub in the bathroom.
