The elevator hit my left side upon entry causing severe neck pain. Then the glass is so thin in the room, you hear every bit of noise from outside. Horrible. Could not sleep. We left after 1 night & asked for refund. Never got it.

Overall it is a nice hotel with great staff. We did have to switch rooms due to our first room not having a black out blind in the large window and having a sleepless night, but the staff were so nice and let us switch. The rooms themselves were clean but the bathrooms were mostly clean but it could just be the wear and tear. Paying for parking is over priced which is probably the main reason we wouldn’t stay again.

the stay was amazing, when I say, location, location, location was the key. everything I needed was easily accessible, the gym was spacious, the flex room is Devine. the queen size beds were very comfortable. will definitely book this hotel again, when traveling there.

It was so dirty I felt dirty. I felt afraid to go out. They had excuses for everything. They said they shampooed the carpet once a week. By the looks I would say that’s untrue. The walls were dirty. I was told they were going to paint in three weeks. Of course I was not going to be there. They did offer me a couple of rooms that looked a little cleaner but I didn’t take them because the rest of the hotel was filthy. They gave me a few tickets to eat breakfast and I threw them away. If the place was that dirty I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. I would advise pay a few dollars more and stay at a different hotel. The shuttle was also dirty. I will give the staff kudos as they were all very nice.

This hotel has some great amenities for people who like to work out. There’s a large gym, a few classes, and equipment in the room, which is quite spacious.

The beds were nice and comfortable. I've never had such a nice rest away from home. THE END!! Unfortunately, that's it. They don't have vending machines in the building for drink or snacks. Only their snack shop with extra high costs. The lack of plugs and outlets in an accessible room was mind blowing. Even the bedside table had no plug attachments. Then the windows...the poor views we thought we'd have we're hudden behind this huge curtain thing that hung down to the floor. No string to pull, no button to press, just there hanging on the floor. We will NOT COME BACK here. The beds alone is not enough!! I would share pics, but they've blocked you from doing so...

I have stayed here before and was disappointed that you now have to pay for parking. Not that great of a lot, and there seemed to be people loitering around it, so then toss in an extra $25 charge, and that’d probably lead me to just stay at one of the other hotels I have stayed before, where they have free parki g (and free breakfast!). Hotel is nice and clean, quiet.

The first room we were in smelled of smoke so we asked if we could switch rooms which they did graciously but then that room 3 lights didn't work. Hotel not in the seemed saftest part of town. Marks all over walls. Nice fitness area and food looked good but we didn’t eat there.
