Very comfortable bed
Was great except for the tolliet paper and Kleenex are terrible. Other then that what a wonderful place. I would stay here again but would bring my own Kleenex and hope they have better toilet paper. Lighting in room kinda dark also. Even when you have ever light on it is still dark in room. Maybe brighter bulbs?

Room was clean and well decorated. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast offerings were pretty standard but good. Hotel was undergoing renovations and many amenities were not available, which wasn’t made clear during booking. The room included a tub which was non-functional (the stopper was disabled so only shower was available). The water pressure was also pretty lackluster.

Great Staff !
After a long day, I needed to rest for an hour or so before going out for the evening. No such luck. Deconstruction going on right above our heads. The hotel was full, so changing rooms was not an option. I understand that. The young lady at the front desk was very polite, understanding, and professional. She was great, it wasn’t her fault. Perhaps coordination between construction & reservations would help. On the positive, the staff was amazing especially Dennis who worked the breakfast bar. We always search out Hampton Inns when on road trips and will continue to do so.
