I stay at Hotel Indigo whenever I go to Omaha. I love the hotel. For check in, I got there late at 10:45 pm. When I got there I parked my car by the valet after waiting for several minutes. There was still no sign of the valet. I then went inside where the two girls were in the middle of "switching shifts". I then waited for 25 minutes to check in. So by this time it was 11:15 pm. After I checked in I finally saw the valet guy. I told him my car was parked outside in the valet spot. He then said "Valet is only available until 11 pm". I could have said something back but decided not to that night. Everything else about our stay was great. The service at every other time was wonderful!!

Wish we could have stayed longer
Stayed 1 night on 12/2 as a place to rest our heads on a road trip. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Front desk was nice and bubbly considering we didn't arrive until 11pm, she was great. Valet was very considerate. Since I was traveling with my daughter and small dog and it was late, he allowed me to park my own vehicle and bring things in at our pace. The lot was small, quiet and safe so I had no problem paying for valet and doing all the "work." There is even a small area outside with bags for your pet(s) to use the bathroom. We definitely enjoyed the vintage decor, the layout and large windows. We will definitely come back just for fun.

When we went to check in, the lady at the front desk advised that our booking was set up incorrectly. We waited for about 5 minutes for her to fix the problem. She gave up our room keys and we went to our room. We walked in and saw 1 bed instead of the 2 that we had booked. We went downstairs to alert her of the mix up and she stated that based on our occupancy hotels.com changed our booking. She advised she would contact you but never got back to me. If I reserve a 2 bed hotel room and paid for it, that would mean I should expect the hotel to uphold the reservation.

Unique and cozy!
This hotel was so unique! Loved the structure, history and simplicity yet beautiful touches in decor. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet! Having two bars was a nice touch. Didn't have to go anywhere in the cold. Only gave 4 stars in comfort because we weren't able to turn the heat on and it did get cold in the room. Otherwise no complaints!

I had a leaking shower for both days I stayed. First day they would not change my room and had me wait for maintenance. And on the second day they said they could not transfer me to another room due to check out, and I would have to wait on maintenance for the second time to shower . For being a boquie hotel my stay was less then idel for the price. Honestly very mediocre for the price/illusion

This was a fine hotel experience. Portions of the hotel are not accessible for disabled people, but the staff quickly moved us to an accessible room. The building is beautiful and historic. Valet parking was quick, convenient, and reasonably price. Dining options are limited. The staff was friendly and helpful.
