I experienced a problem with bedbugs and my issue has been ignored by the hotel. I spent an entire day decontaminating my work van and all of my personal belongings so I didn’t bring these parasites home with me and infect my family. I am disappointed with the hotel and not addressing my concerns. I have not gotten a single response from the hotel about this problem.

At first we didnt expect a warm welcome being black in Nebraska. But i was wrong. The front desk attendant was wonderful. I believe her name was Linda ( not sure) she was very helpful and attentive. The location was excellent nice and quiet. There is a Casey's general store, a bar and grill and a few other establishments within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the rooms were excellent. We ordered food from a lical barbq spot which was excellent. (See review on youtube)on Hatin allday74. Over all i give the hotel a 5

We loved our room. Smelled fresh. Everything was clean. Soaps were in big bottles in the shower!They give you plenty of towels and it had a full size fridge with a working ice maker. Excellent front desk people and excellent cleaning staff. This will be our go to hotel for our weekends in omaha.
