I wanted 4 nights. I have atayed at this location over the years. This was first time i have ever seen condityon inside so horrible. The tub was so scary dirty looking. I stayed 1 night, ran around all day the next day to find other lodging. I did not use the last 2 nights. Wire from tv was attached to surge plug. Ice machine looked like mold and puke on outside of it. I was reyshocked because the name super 8 was always meant dor me safe, secure, price friendly and CLEAN

I like the lobby and eating area for breakfast but I don't like that the housekeepers don't sweep or mop the bathrooms in my room and my bed had bed bugs in it.

This was a joke asked for 2 beds got 1. Yalked with the staff at the front desk and he said he was just the night auditor and couldnt help. The plumbling made the loadest sounds thta you could image. The walls were missing paint everywhere.

I had to ask for another room since the first one was not properly cleaned the second room i stayed was ok however the paint is chipping in the shower

The walls and shower are showing their age, but the room was clean. There were two basics that I missed: 1) a glass/cup in the bathroom for brushing teeth and/or getting a drink; 2) a complementary pen--I forgot to bring one and needed one. There was a major thing that I missed: an elevator. With two replaced hips and some bad arthritis, it was difficult carrying my bag up the steps. The staff were very friendly--one of the housekeeping persons went and got me a few cups to use. Very much appreciated.

He definitely upgraded to a room downstairs to accommodate my personal needs but the room had a large wet spot in the carpet in front and the entrance to bathroom and he gave me two bath rugs to cover it didn’t seem concerned how it got there

I was initially given an occupied room so I walked in on a man in the middle of the night. But I was able to stay in the same room that I finally got when I extended my stay. Extremely limited breakfast no juices nothing like that nothing hot no bread a couple bagels that was it. Seems like a lot of construction workers were staying there so there was mud up and down the Halls probably from their boots I'm sure but for the price it was better than the rest of the area.
