When we saw this view we knew we had to have it and share it with you! Not to mention the fishing!

The home is a spacious 3 bedroom with extra large outdoor living areas. Propane fire pit and grill for your outside entertainment. New water Lily Pad is enjoyment for all ages! 3 kayaks available. Private pier with boat dock. The back yard is fenced on the sides and front but NOT along the water edge.
Garage “game room” is ready!! There’s ping pong, darts, rope toss, bean bags! Open both garages and enjoy the breeze!

Have a larger group? Family Reunion? Rent "M&M Lake View" just across the street from "Sunrise and Lake Time" This home sleeps 6 and can be rented with Lake Time or separate

Spring break get away
Wonderful home on the lake! We wanted to get away and relax and we did just that! Water was too cold to get in and enjoy all the toys, but our boys loved the kayaks and fishing on the pier. We will go back!

Relax on the lake
We were happy to find a place that is on the water and allows dogs. We have 2 one year old dogs and the fenced in yard was nice. The water is low now, but if it was higher they may have jumped in . The yard is fenced in on the sides but open to the water. We caught fish on the dock, loved the kayaks and paddle board, and sunrises. The AC works well and the kitchen is nicely stocked. We brought disposable plates and cutlery. Then neighborhood was nice and quiet. The beds were too hard for out liking, but I'm sure would be fine for others.

Great home, unbelievable location and awesome ambience. We we dealing with no electricity, due to the hurricane Beryl but the neighbors and tranquil setting had us staying three days in spite of the situation. Meghan really is a class act and helped with the sudden issues that occurred. Highest recommendations.

June Family Getaway
This is a wonderful home with a sunrise view while drinking coffee. Great 3 bedroom with extra beds. We had fun on the lily pad. Our granddaughter caught her first catfish from the boat dock. The three deer walking across the road at dawn and dusk seemed like a dream. We will definitely be back. ❤️

Nice house with great view and large outside living area.
House was right on the lake with a great view. The multi-level decks were very nice as well and the boat dock was huge. House was clean and nicely decorated, we really enjoyed the large outdoor living space as well. We even caught a couple catfish as well from the dock.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and beds to accommodate our family of 7 adults and 3 kids. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner here and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed. The host is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Beautiful views from the house of the sunrise over the lake.

Our yearly vacation
Our stay was wonderful there were 8 of us . We had plenty of room for all of us. We had a lot of laughs the guys caught more catfish than we could eat. It was absolutely delicious Unfortunately it was super hot, the lake was really low no one to blame but Mother Nature. So we didn’t play in the water. All in all we enjoyed our stay

Cute little house on the lake. And the host, Meghan, was amazing. She’s very quick to respond and very accommodating, even when you lose her Lilly pad!! (Sorry Meghan) She even gave us a second one to use while the first one was on an adventure down the lake!! The property could use some love and attention but that wouldn’t keep us from going back.

Perfect Location
We stayed here for four nights with our four girls (ages 12-15) and enjoyed the property immensely. We have stayed in 20+ rentals on the lake over the years, and this one provided more amenities than any other: paddle boards, canoes, a lily pad, and more. The kids never complained once about being bored! We did not utilize the game room, but it looked fun. The location is perfect: not many people on the lake and close to grocery stores / restaurants. Meghan was the absolute best host, and her response time and willingness to help is top notch. Would stay here again 100%!
