Great Lake lover’s location
Cozy indoor space, great for tiny living practice, located inside a house. The balcony of the house has a great view of Lake Portage. Lake Michigan is only a 3-5 min. walk. The space was a tight fit with our traveling crib set up, but totally doable even with midnight feedings.

Girls trip
A friend and I took a week long girls trip and stayed here. This was a perfect place for the 2 of us. It had all the activity tools we needed as out of town era so we could go beach to beach with the chairs, umbrella and cooler. It was absolutely peaceful and comfortable in the condo! Thank you!

Small but mighty!
This is a studio space but packs a lot into it, including a great deck with a grill. Also is a wonderfully equipped entry hall with beach stuff, a wheeled cooler and beach towels. The kitchen has everything you need, with a cute retro look little fridge with freezer and microwave. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!
As advertised, it's a small studio, but the space is maximized with plenty of storage and beautifully decorated. And, the bed is comfortable! This studio is the perfect location to explore towns north and south of Onekama driving on M-22. I went as far north as Frankfort and as far south to Manistee, all within a 45 minute drive. I would have explored more, but I wanted time for the beach. Speaking of the beach, the public access beach area on Lake Michigan can't be beat. It's stunning and less crowded than local favorites. I'm looking forward to a return visit.

Portage Pointe Resort Condo
We were very happy with this property. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay for 1-2 people. It is actually bigger than what might be initially perceived when you consider the foyer as a place to store things (eg luggage), the balcony with a grill and the community propery sitting areas. And despite it being a small place it is nicely decorated. If you don't require gathering space within the unit it is perfect for sleeping, preparing simple meals and as a home base for the area attractions.

Owners were super helpful and active when it came to information that we needed. This is the perfect little gateway I will say it would be super hard to sleep more than 2 people in the condo - but seriously loved the view and area. Great views.

This amazing studio was the perfect size for me and my girlfriend. We stayed here to go to crystal mountain to snowboard. It’s in a quaint location and a 2-3 minute walk away from public Lake Michigan beach access. We were able to drive into Manistee and Traverse City for dinner. The studio itself was so clean and nicely decorated. We loved it!!

Cozy condo in a great location!
This condo was perfect for a weekend getaway to Portage Point with my husband! Clean, comfortable and well appointed with all of the essentials. Makes great use of the space. It was nice to have a kitchen for cooking breakfast and the pool/hot tub to use. A beautiful Lake Michigan beach (our favorite in Michigan) that is a short walk away makes this an excellent destination! We have been coming to Portage Point for many years and happy to have this condo as an option when just the two of us visit without the kids. You won’t be disappointed!

Cute but…,
This place was cute but moving furniture and pulling the bed down to go to sleep was a bit much for me (64 years old). Loved the deck and privacy. The host, Kathy was great. Great location, loved the pool and being so close to Lake MI. Overall really enjoyed my stay!

Perfect Hideaway
I really enjoyed my stay at Beech Loft. The Murphy bed was very easy to use and I appreciated all the space I had in the room during the day when the bed was stored up. The microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenette were so cute and perfect to store all the snacks and drinks I needed. Beach chairs and an umbrella were included with the rental (among other extras!) and I was able to use them when I went down to Lake Michigan in the afternoons. The Beech Loft was truly a "hidden gem" at Portage!

Amazing Location
We picked Beech Lodge because of its proximity to Lake Michigan and Portage Lake. It sits perfectly between the two, a quick walk in either direction. The condo is very small, which we knew going in. The listing is very accurate. It would only reasonably sleep two people, but we did so easily for a week. The Murphy bed was easy to use. The kitchen was small but very usable. Everything was very clean and nearly new. The communication with the hosts was great. They were super quick to reply to any questions and also offered a lot of insight into the area. Very, very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a really great stay and we would definitely recommend it.

This is a great spot for one or two people, right on Portage Lake. Enjoyed the kayaks, and the loft came with some other useful things as well, like beach chairs and a cooler. Just an hour drive from Traverse City and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Glen Arbor and Glen Haven are also a must!

The hosts immediately responded to all questions. The loft was meticulously decorated as well as clean. My daughter and I enjoyed a Mother's Day weekend here. Although it was on the chilly side, we were able to sun on the balcony and took advantage of the complimentary kayaks. Best of all, we had the whole resort to ourselves. I can only imagine the sun and fun in peak season, but if you want a quiet get away, come here off season!

A Nice Get-away
This condo is in an old building reminiscent of an earlier era . Opening the front door you see a huge fireplace with chairs nearby to sit and visit . The condo is small but we don’t require much room . It’s light , bright and has everything you need . The Murphy bed was “VERY COMFORTABLE , we left it down during our stay but it easily pushes up out of the way . The attached deck is great but we didn’t have the weather to enjoy it . The lake & surrounding area is beautiful , people were friendly , we couldn’t ask for anything more . Enjoyed our stay .
