This home sparkles in every way. All Star Village is about a 15 minute drive to All Star Village.

Nelson House has a spacious sun room that looks out over the backyard and pool area. Recently renovated, the kitchen has oak cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and ample lighting. The owners provide a video library for children. And yes, there are pool toys and life jackets.

Nelson House is kept in immaculate condition - both inside and outside. It will not disappoint.

Nelson house exceeded ours expectations. Marie was an amazing host, provided everything and more that we could possibly need! The house was beyond clean. The landscaping is gorgeous. We couldn’t have asked for better host, amenities, hospitality during our stay at Cooperstown. I highly recommend. Thanks for helping make our trip even more memorable

Great experience!
Our family stayed at the Nelson House for my son’s Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. It was a fantastic experience staying there. Marie is super friendly and was always available for any questions we had. The house was unbeleiveably clean and the sunporch, fire pit and pool areas were also superb. Any family looking for a great place to stay when they are in the area….this is it.

Amazing Stay!
We enjoyed our stay at the Nelson House. The kids as well as us adults loved the pool and spent every chance we had soaking up the sun in the water. Marie was awesome and kept in contact for anything we needed throughout the week. We will definitely stay again when our youngest son comes to Cooperstown!! ⚾️
